Meet CHANEL like art: NUIR ART opens August 1 in Dogenzaka, Shibuya

On Saturday, August 1, 2026, NUIR VINTAGE opens its fifth store in Dogenzaka, Shibuya: NUIR ART, a CHANEL-specialty vintage boutique carrying CHANEL, and only CHANEL. Waiting inside are around 1,000 bags, gathered from all over the world. It feels less like shopping, and more like going to meet them in person.
A world of blue and white, far from the Shibuya crowds
The interior is cobalt blue and white, inspired by the sea and the sky, with the hush of an art gallery. It is only about a five-minute walk from Shibuya Station — yet once you step inside, the noise of the city falls away.
Around 1,000 bags, each with its own character
Centered on the Classic Flap, the collection brings together around 1,000 CHANEL bags, carefully selected from around the world. Even two bags of the same model differ in age, in condition, in the character of the leather. At NUIR ART, we present them as art pieces that go beyond fashion — a new way to enjoy vintage: not only owning a masterpiece, but appreciating it.
The name NUIR comes from the German word "nur," meaning "only" or "just one." It carries our hope that here, you will find a piece that feels special to you, and you alone.
